Meet The Team

Caroline Dick RVN

Caroline has owned horses for over 30 years, with a particular passion for eventing alongside an appreciation for many other disciplines. Her lifelong love of animals led her into the veterinary practice, where she trained at Glasgow Vet School and qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2005. That year she was awarded the BSAVA "Vet Nurse of the Year" for achieving the highest exam marks in Britain. After more than 15 years working within veterinary industry, Caroline shifted her focus entirely to equine care. Driven by a commitment to rehabilitation and a determination that Scottish horses should have access to the same high-quality facilities and services available further south, she founded the Scottish Equine Rehabilitation Centre (SERC). Her clinical background, competitive experience, and dedication to equine welfare, guide SERC’s approach to rehabilitation and performance care.

Corin Bruce Bsc, Dip MCAM, Dip MCST

Corin qualified as a therapist nearly 20 years ago and has since treated horses across the UK, Ireland and Australia. At the Scottish Equine Rehabilitation Centre Corin primarily works in an advisory capacity, where her broad practical experience and academic background inform strategic care and rehabilitation decisions. Corin is committed to education and raising welfare standards across the industry. Her combined experience as a competitor, therapist and educator makes her an invaluable resource for best-practice approaches to equine health and rehabilitation.
